"The bedroom was clean, however, the air wasn't working in my room and when I tried to call downstairs, it just rang. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower containers, so I used the bar soap provided. However, it was clean and the staff were friendly."

"Stayed 9 nights. Not one time did house cleaning ever touch our room. After multiple request to house keeping and the front desk, from three of us it still did not work. We had to get our towels and washcloths every night from the front desk. Had to ask for toilet paper and body wash three nights in. Tracked housekeeping down to take our trash and put new bags in. Spoke with housekeeping mid stay to request new sheets for one of the beds, since I had workers changing out. Told her I would...
