Ty’n Y Ffordd is a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need, a real home from home. We stayed in December so weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor space which is the only thing that could have made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be returning and would highly recommend.

The cottage was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, warm and clean. We did not want to leave. The under floor heating gave a lovely warmth, and the games room was an added bonus. One of the loveliest cottages we have ever stayed in, and that was a sentiment from all the guests. Lovely and helpful hosts too. We will definitely return.

A cottage packed with comfort, but especially the warm welcome of the owners which gives a personal touch for us. We enjoyed the cosiness of the cottage and the beautifull area. As we like mountainwalks and wanted to have an easy walk in between, the local walks were beautifull aswel. We also had a lovely time there with our friends from Swaledale. There is only one thing which we would like to mention. The center double bed on the ground floor is quite small and wobly with a soft mattress. The room is lovely though. As the other 2 rooms have perfect beds. Maybe something to think about it to change.Overall a perfect week to relax and thanks again for the hospitality.
Much larger than we thought it would be and well equipped. Location was fantastic.

A really lovely cottage.
A really lovely cottage. Immaculately presented and set in beautiful surroundings. The only thing is you need to drive at least 15 minutes to get to any shops, restaurants or take aways. That's said the Red Lion is just up the road and are very welcoming do great food.

The location was set in the mountainous region and very beautifully different to our London city life which is why we chose it. A perfect peaceful escape for us to get away from it all.
We really loved our relaxing break here and Will definitely come back in spring summer to experience more of Snowdonia.

Without doubt, the cosiest and best kept cottage ever rented for a holiday break in UK.
Without doubt, the cosiest and best kept cottage ever rented for a holiday break in UK.
Very well stocked as far as utensils, appliances and other home comforts go.
Megan and Elwyn have done an amazing job with this cottage, and on arrival, you need for nothing. Kitchen utensils, dish washer, washing machine and dryer......it’s all there.
Will definitely be re-visiting.
The local area is so serene and picturesque too.

Ty’n Y Ffordd is a lovely cottage.
Ty’n Y Ffordd is a lovely cottage. Set amongst the gorgeous welsh mountains in a very rural and quiet location. Definitely the place to go to get away from busy lives. The inside of the cottage is very well equipped and clean, comfortable and cosy. Maybe a clothes airer would have been helpful to dry washing in the utility room, the only thing missing really. The added bonus of a games room with table tennis and darts was well used by us all. Grandson especially loved it. Few good hours spent having games. Also was good to find books and board games in the cottage too, good for rainy days. We were a party of six, three generations and there was plenty of room for all of us. The added lounge upstairs was great. The owners were lovely and very welcoming and visited us on our day of arrival. Lemon drizzle cake and milk on arrival was very welcome. There is plenty to do in the area, some attractions a bit of a drive but the scenery along the way is just stunning.
