"Our 2nd time at this location and another perfect stay. Gorgeous touch with christmas decorations and a bottle of prosecco for NYE. The location is becoming a firm favourite and no doubt we will be back for a 3rd time! Would highly recommend"

"Last lodge right at the end next to the river one side and duck pond the other. Surprisingly warm inside with the little fire and rads. Great amenities and would recommend!"

"Avoid at all costs, we arrive and left refusing to stay. "Glamping pod" was in a terrible condition, hardly cleaned and falling to bits. No towels provide, bed was unmade on arrival, hot tub was not cleaned let alone heated for arrival. Was definitely not as advertised, a break to relax and recharge. Shocked Expedia continue to list."

"The hut was lovely hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. Site manager was lovely and really helpful. Food from the clubhouse wasn’t great but didn’t dampen any of the experience:) would 100% go back"

"Wonderful position , kids loved the goats and cows and al pacas near by , lovely idea of hobbit house , if I’m being nit picky Fridge could have been a bit bigger , and some pegs etc to put our clothes on as not much room for cases around side of bed but that’s just our opinion , wouldn’t put us off staying again , loved it"

"Site manager fobbed me of 6 times to try and get the tv to work. No eating knives. Some dirty bed sheets. Hot tub not working My advice is avoid twin rivers"

"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning."

"The owners don't communicate. Place was not cleanwith lots of things broken, including, shower, toilet and taps and door and steps up to it. Mold all over. Smelt terrible. Not vaguely as described. Only stayed one night as too late to find anywhere else. Asked for discussion on refund. They will not respond. Was also impossible to get in touch with Expedia to try and sort out. They only provided the full details of venue two hours before check in after constant ringing and messaging. I suggest...
