It's illegal to impose mandatory extra conditions after paying. When I wanted to book an extra night (there is no front desk, so this was particularly of value to me), Kevin was able to mail me a link and it was all taken care of within 30 minutes! FrauHeinze hatte damit überhaupt kein Problem und informierte uns über alles Wissenswerte. Außerdem hatte sie prompt ein Fahrrad für uns parat. Damit war unser Fahrradurlaub gerettet. "Die Buchung klappte schnell und problemlos und der unkomplizierte und freundliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp war von Anfang an supernett. Vor Ort stand uns ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen eine Einweisung in die Wohnung, die sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist.
