The Space:

This cozy one-bedroom apartment is designed for two, tucked inside the gated Ciudad Verde community on Machala's Avenida 25 de Junio. The bedroom features a plush double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning to keep things cool year-round. Bed linens are provided, and a coffee maker and iron are on hand for your daily routine. Step outside your door and the whole community opens up: a shared pool for lazy afternoons, a green park for a quiet walk, and tennis and basketball courts for a bit of friendly competition. A free parking spot is reserved right in front of the building, and the whole home sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas, including the pool, park, and sports courts.
