Nice flat in an Italian appartment building from the 1930ies

If you think you are booking an appartment in the pink house shown on the left of the last photo, you are wrong: the appartment is located in the grey house shown on the right side. The outside and the staircase have the atmosphere of a shabby Italian appartment building from the 1930ies. However, as soon as you open the appartment door, you will be positively surprised by the interior: it seems it has been furnished by an interior designer. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed sofa in the living room is smashing. The view on the lake is great. The only real drawback was the noise from the main road located just 50 m away from the house which was disturbing our sleep from 6 o'clock in the morning. So don't forget the earplugs. All in a all a good product in a lousy packaging.

Viel besser als der erste Eindruck

Um ehrlich zu sein war der erste Eindruck beim Öffnen der Haustüre und dem Eindruck des Treppenhauses ein wenig ernüchternd, aber nach dem Öffnen der Wohnungstüre waren alle Bedenken ausgeräumt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, optimal für 2 Personen, die Anlegestelle der Fähre ist in Sichtweite. Die Uferstraße ist deutlich hörbar, das liegt bei diesen Wohnungen mit authentischem Feel aber in der Natur der Sache.

Die Wohnung ist praktisch, schön eingerichtet. Die Straße ist zu hören, aber geht.

Uns hat besonders die Nähe zum See gut gefallen, durch den Campingplatz in der Nähe gab es eine Liegewiese mit einem kleinen Biergarten und sauberen Toiletten und Duschen (8-10 Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung)- das hat wettgemacht dass die Terasse der Wohnung nur wenig Sonne bot und keinen Ausblick. Die Wohnung selber ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet und sauber, das Bett mit guten Matratzen. Auch relativ kühl wenn man tagsüber die Fensterläden zumacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Aussicht auf den See wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, die Uebergabe erfolgte reibungslos. Kleines Manko Sat TV ist italienisch, kein Wlan.Vielen Dank.
