We were expecting a coffee machine in our room & when mentioned to the front desk, even though they don't supply them any more, she brought one right up when requested! Good handicap parking close to the door. TV didn't work but front desk again came right up to fix it!"

I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. "
