  • The house is just under 2,000 sqft, 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 full baths. Has a 6 seat dining table, and grill with propane provided. There is a 2 level boat dock with table and chairs and 2 layout chairs. The fishing is great and so is the lake.

    Front and backdoors use key pads, and there is ample parking for 2 cars under the carport and in the driveway.

    Located in the lovely Del Mar subdivision, right on the shores of Cedar Creek Lake. The subdivision has a park, with BBQ grills, a basketball court and a pavilion for hosting outdoor picnics or events.

    Bring your golf cart or ATV. Most amenities are driving distance, so a car is essential.

    There are TVs in the living room and in every bedroom, each with connected Apple TVs. The fireplace puts out a lot of heat and there is always plenty of dry oak wood stacked outside for you used.
