Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If instructed, (winter) turn off water. All linens in bathrooms/Towels. Clean. No damage to carpets or signs of pet.

All lights off and TRASH REMOVED FROM PROPERTY.

Kayaks, paddles, any lake equipment stored up

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Carpets are brand new. No shoes please on the carpet. I have an outdoor shower installed-solar powered (for kids) to rinse off.

This is a family home-please respect it as such-use anything in the cabinets but please replace. Allowed to tie up to dock with bumpers and fish off

NO Dogs-no deposit. Contact me directly. Do not sit on the boat. If requested use the kayaks and paddle board-bring life jackets.
