The stay was OK. But the staff wasn’t helpful. We had a problem with our family and we had catch out the trip in two days. Even though we told them about it on the first day six days before we had to leave, I think there could be more helpful and understanding.

Goed ontbijt, bedden lagen goed ondanks het wat zachtere matras behalve kussensloop en dekbed hoes van vreselijk materiaal ruw stug. Verder was de kamer niet heel groot maar wel voorzien van airco en een kleine maar functionele badkamer. Volgende keer zouden we bij voorkeur met balkon/terras boeken. Al met al prima voor een paar dagen in een mooie omgeving.

Zimmer war sehr angenehm, gross, ruhig und sauber. Das Hotel ist ländlich gelegen,aber gut erreichbar. Parkplatz war kostenlos. Frühstück sehr gut uns breites Angebot an feinem Essen. Auch das Abendessen war hervorragend. Fitnessraum ist sehr goss und vielseitig eingerichtet. Mit eigener Garderobe zum umziehen. Hatte einen Sturz und kein Erste Hilfe Material dabei. Personal halt sofort und völlig unkompliziert. Danke dafür. Kommen gerne ein andermal wieder.

Mauvaise réception

A l'arrivée,la serrure magnétique de la chambre attribuée ne marchait pas.On nous a donné la chambre voisine,sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur,donc sans aération.L'odeur était très désagréable et le frigo fuyait et n'était pas propre.Il a fallu demander à parler au manager pour avoir enfin une chambre convenable.Entre temps,il était 23 heures,et la plaisanterie avait duré plus d'une heure.l'impression laissée est désastreuse. Est ce parce que nous étions passés par Hôtels.com que nous avons été traités ainsi?
