"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice ands friendly"

"Staying at Rum Bubble Luxotel was truly an out-of-this-world experience. From start to finish, the staff made everything seamless. We were picked up at a nearby gas station, and they drove us with all our luggage into the desert by jeep (about a 15-minute ride). Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and staff kindly helped transport our bags to our bubble via golf cart. We arrived around 5 pm, so the bubble’s covers were open, and we could see straight through — absolutely magical. After freshening up, we joined the 4x4 jeep tour organized by the hotel. At only 35 JD per jeep (not per person), it was a fantastic deal. Watching the sunset across the desert and visiting filming locations for famous movies was unforgettable. Back at camp, we enjoyed a buffet-style dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Later that night, I did the sky tour (20 JD) and loved getting the chance to use a telescope to view the incredible night sky — such a unique highlight. Our bubble itself was spotless. The bed was very clean and comfortable, and the shower facilities were also clean, though some of the flooring and robes felt a little outdated. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The next morning, breakfast was also served buffet-style, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, Rum Bubble Luxotel gave me a magical desert stay filled with comfort, adventure, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a once-"

Something else I didn't like was the welcome letter saying dear Mr/Mrs Cederhall, I mean I am a widow and I don't like it when addressed like Mr/Mrs. "

"I’ve traveled all over the world and had some amazing experiences, but nothing compares to the hospitality I experienced at Wild Oryx Bubble Camp. As a solo traveler, it’s hard to explain just how welcomed, safe, and genuinely special I felt here — but I’ll try. From the moment I arrived, Eid, the camp owner, made me feel like I was visiting family. Even before I got to Wadi Rum, he was messaging me, checking in, and guiding me through my commute so I never felt alone or unsure. The second I stepped off the bus, I just knew it was him waiting for me — his energy was that warm and kind. Before heading to the camp, Eid stopped to let me grab food and drinks, then invited me into his home where he patiently walked me through different tour options on his iPad. What I loved most was that he was never pushy — just genuinely wanted me to pick what I wanted. Once I chose, I was off to the camp with Ata, my guide, and Marwan, our driver. Ata and Marwan made the Wadi Rum tour unforgettable. We laughed, we shared stories, and Ata somehow doubled as a professional photographer — taking some of the most stunning photos and videos I have of my trip. The highlight? Watching the sun melt into the horizon from the top of a mountain. Absolutely magical. Back at camp, Sayed had prepared a huge, delicious dinner that honestly blew me away.
