After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.

"The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. Starting with the home reefs that is so rich in marine life, we felt we didn't need to go to another place for snorkeling. The bungalows were outstanding, and had everything we needed for spending our vacation days in great comfort. The whole staff is so friendly and extremely attentive to every small detail that felt like they were in our heads, anticipating any needs we had and being so friendly and helpful. This was the best experience we've had in all of our 20 countries visited so far."

The room is clean, the staff is super friendly at all times.
