The property definitely needs renovation from the parking deck to to different rooms and floors and not just a wallpaper over up or repaint. The rooms look dated and the lighting gives motel 8 vibes. the bathrooms are probably the most clean and updated thing I had in my room. The balcony's covered in spiders and could use a pressure wash. the building could use a pressure wash and restore from the doors to the floors, to door knobs. it all looks dated and kinda dirty. the staff is amazing however and the location is centered to where you can go left or right out of the hotel and hit the dome or the beach after a few lights. You will be centered in a LGBTQ area. So if that's not your thing you do have to go walk a bit to go so stuff unrelated to that. Over all I wouldn't stay here again. I didnt fully feel comfortable so I was out most days and couldnt sleep. It just didnt feel welcoming or comfortable.

It was an excellent hotel , service was over and above expectation. I loved the little monster on the bed, it made me buy it and take it back home . Thank you

Friendly checkin and then extra help once in the room. Location is great and a fine downtown view. Large clean room and kitchen with good am coffee. Nice restaurant with an easy reservation. There are events here so the elevators are busy peak times. Big city vibe outside the hotel including homeless.

We stayed one night, they had a crib available for our baby, and some baby amenities which was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The location was a plus as we were tracking with a baby under one so no need to travel to the airport.
