"Very good customer service and nice room"

"This is not only a lovely hotel in a great location. The young team go out of their way in every regard: great, local food in their restaurant, very comfy bed and rooms, and the small things which make a difference: I note for example their sustainability efforts: biscuits and condiments in the room in refillable glasses, same with bathroom stuff (including toilet paper by ‘who gives a crap’), fresh milk in a fridge on the landing - no plastic or waste anywhere. Why can’t all hotels follow? "

"Wow wow wow amazing place , totally loved it , wished we had 3 nights instead of 2 , granddaughter loved the Mac and cheese , staff are all so pleasant nothing is to much trouble , we will be back "

"The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with the only downside being the design of the bathroom where when using the toilet your feet are touching the shower tray."
