Cozy Downtown historical cottage.

Charming Victorian cottage in the historic downtown Diamond Hill Historic District. This home has the perfect blend of old-world beauty and modern upgrades. The rooms throughout the house are spacious and filled with plenty of natural light. All the furnishings, bedding, and accessories are high end. The home is located on a one-way, dead-end bricked street that makes street parking a breeze. It's also easily walkability to downtown shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

In the backyard there is a small shed that has been converted to a office. It has two monitors mounted on the wall with the connections for a laptop provided. All three bedrooms are very spacious. The master is on the main, with its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom iaa Hogwarts themed aand has a tv with the newest XBOX. There is a small bathroom in the downstairs hall on the main floor that they share. There is No bathroom on the second floor. In the dining room there is a Keurig coffee/espresso maker, with a variety of pods provided. There is high speed Internet along with a signal booster that allows working in the office with no issues. The TV has live streaming with prime, Disney, Netflix, and Hulu.

Elevated Historic Cottage

Very comfortable historical home. Large rooms with luxury in mind. Decorative but functional design in every room. Expect the character of an older home. Hardwood floors, craftsmanship of wooden banister, bathrooms on ground floor with pretty tiles. Clean! Comfortable! We had a question or two and the owners are super quick to respond. Parking was fine. Check out was the easiest we have had in a while. Location was easy access to the express way. Would recommend.
