You have access to the entire home and basement.

You will feel "at home" from the moment you step in the door! Our entire home is newly-renovated and it's in pristine condition for you.

- 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, 1 twin floor mattress, 1 twin trundle bed (sleeps 1 adult and 1 child or small adult) and 1 XL sectional sofa
- 2 Twin memory foam mattresses can be placed anywhere needed
- Basement has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and coffee bar/kitchenette
- Washer/Dryer
- Quaint, walkable neighborhood
- Fast wifi
- Gates on the top and bottom of stairs for child safety
-Doors at top & bottom of stairs leading to basement
- Amazing backyard for relaxing, throwing a ball, or a game of cornhole

Security Deposit: a $500 security deposit will be required/due 24-72hrs prior to arrival to cover any damage to the property during your stay. (Deposit must be paid prior to entering the house.) It is extremely rare that we ever have to ask guests to cover costs for replacement of linens or damage to anything, as most everyone is extremely respectful and conscious of how they treat things at our property. If anything is found to be damaged or missing during the cleaning after your departure, we will reach out to you to do everything possible to figure out a solution to what happened prior to furthing holding your deposit. If you don't hear from us in these regards, the deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure. Reach out to us with any questions about this!

PET POLICY: we do not allow any pets.
SMOKING POLICY: no smoking / vaping/ doing drugs anywhere-not inside OR outside

-> If we find that you have violated our pet or smoke/vape/drug policies, you will be responsible to pay a $2,000 fee. We are not looking to make money on fees, however from prior guests blatantly disregarding our policies we are left with no choice. Our goal and requirement is a smoke free property!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this property when we were in town for our son's wedding and it was wonderful! There were multiple family members and we were able to divide up between the 3 floors (each of which has a bathroom), which worked out very nicely. The living room furniture was very comfortable, and the porch was great for visiting. The house was very clean and well furnished, and the extra games in the garage were enjoyed by all. We highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful property. The owner was responsive and so helpful. I needed to extend my stay, and she was extremely kind and accommodating. The house is beautiful and it was such a relaxing stay!

Conveniently Close to Liberty University

Beautiful home that served our group well! We traveled from Hawaii to Lynchburg in the middle of a snow storm, but never once did we feel too far from home. The house was so clean and it had everything we needed to keep warm and cozy. It was conveniently close to Walmart and Liberty University where we toured campus for CFAW. It was the perfect place to rest and bond during our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great stay!

A great stay, we were visiting family in the area and this was a nice "over flow" house as not to overwhelm the Thanksgiving host with more overnight guests. The house was clean and comfortable - the kids loved just hanging out on the sofa after a long day!
