"The moment I walked in the place it smelled strongly of chlorine from the pool. The only handicap room that was advertised with 2 queen beds was actually 1 queen with a pull-out sofa. The bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast bar was good minus the coffee but was located next to the pool so the chlorine smell was strong."

"The 1st room keys didn't work, smelled like smoke, hair on the pillows, a dirty hand print on the sheets, paint chipping off the walls and dilapidated furniture. The second room smelled slightly better but it too had a smell, was dirty, and no tv remote. Front desk had them in a drawer. It didn't work. Maintenance tried and could only get it to change channels. We left and went to another hotel. The night manager was very nice and understanding."
