The Lyman house was a pretty stay on our way from Arches and Canyonlands to Capital Reef. The house was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 kids.

The Lyman House was perfectly located for all of our weekend activities. We went from Capital Reef to Fishlake with a beautiful and spacious home to relax in every evening. Can't wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and cozy. We all found the beds to be comfortable and it was only about 25 minutes from Capital Reef which was nice. Great communication from the host. Thanks again!

Beautiful Property

We used this as our home base for hiking in Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. The house is impeccably clean, well styled and any of our needs were anticipated. I highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing House

We loved the house. Easy check-in and out. Great place to go to Capitol Reef NP and Goblin Valley state park. Kitchen had everything we needed some. Bring coffee grounds for the coffee maker! Moms and kids trip was a success.

Visiting Capitol Reef National Park

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults - 2 couples and a single. The layout of the house allowed for all of us to eat at the large table and to sit together in the living area. Two and a half bathrooms was a plus. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We were not far from the entrance to the park, about 20-25 minutes.

Excellent House and Location!

Wish I planned to stay here longer! 35 minute drive to Capitol Reef, about a 2 hour drive to Bryce. Two and a half hour drive to Arches. The house is absolutely stunning. Well equipped everywhere, kitchen, baths, and laundry. Very clean and comfortable, beds are amazing! Games and activities for kids and adults. The view is awesome. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Very nice home with all the ammenities

Very quiet town, very nice and new home. Has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lots of towels, cooking and cleaning supplies, everything you need. Master room and area is very large. Other two bedrooms just big enough. Used it just to get away from the city and relax over Christmas for a week. Great time.

This house was immaculate. Everything was so clean and well kept. It was the little things they had that really made it for us: a high chair, great water pressure, nice toilet paper and tissues, extra blankets, every kitchen appliance you could ever need, and more. The house is located between gorgeous pieces of land and you get beautiful views from every room.

A perfect vacation rental

This house in Lyman was just perfect for us. It was close enough to Capitol Reef National Park, but in a quiet, peaceful setting. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It seems brand new. This was also the best equipped and stocked property we have rented. It had everything we needed and lots of stuff we didn't know we needed, but that came in very handy. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. Check-in was a snap, and would work at any arrival time. The property also has a clean garage with room for 3 cars. A very nice plus is that it has the best dark skies we've seen in years. The Milky Way was bright. The number of visible stars was jawdropping once your eyes adjusted. We'd highly recommended this property.
