"In spite of reading many positive reviews of this place, I wondered how clean and nice a place called Chuckwagon Lodge and Store would be, Well, the answer is, very clean, very nice, great staff, and a well-equipped general store open well into the evening, with incredibly friendly staff. Great location. As an added bonus, during our two-night stay, we struck up conversations with two different groups of travelers, both times spending a half-hour or more exchanging pleasant experiences and ideas with them, This place just seems to draw friendly and sociable travelers,"
