I wish we could’ve stayed another day or two but we had lots of fun and the cabin was a beautiful home and property. The big windows and porch areas were great for morning coffee with a book.
We loved our time at this beautiful rental! Had so much fun, so much relaxation and time spent together. The layout was really great and we loved ho much nature was around. Highly recommend.
10 of us stayed here for a wedding. Gorgeous views. Very quiet. The kids loved the game room. Had everything we needed

Magical Cabin Getaway!
Fabulous view, lots and lots of space. Very comfy and cozy cabin. We loved the hidden game room, the amount of comfortable seating for a big family and very comfy beds. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time together with amazing views. Will definitely be back again!
Great setting and views. Beautiful. Cabin well supplied and fantastic library with amazing collection of DVDs and games. Great game room. Private spaces for everyone to hang out.
We had the best weekend celebrating our wedding with our closest friends. The space had everything we could have needed. The back patio was a huge hit, we loved our morning coffee and late night talks around the fire pit table. Highly recommend!
We stayed as a work retreat for our east side and west side offices to hang out. It was wonderful. Perfect for us to spread out and also congregate. We had a great time and the views are awesome.
We were celebrating my 40th birthday with 6 of my girlfriends. We had a blast, it is beautiful inside and out. Lots of room to relax, play and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay again!
Loved the open space and log cabin. Lots to do with games and watched the Olympics. Only had problems with wasps when trying to eat outside during the summer. And wish there were curtains for sleeping areas, since we stayed in August when it was really hot. So glad they had a fan we could use. Overall, we recommend.

Terrific views and wildlife
Large home, lots of great hangout spaces, comfy beds. Very clean. The view is amazing. Super peaceful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the cookware was very much lacking. A few dollars spent on some pans would be very helpful. Other than that this place was great.
Great location for traveling along the scenic hwy 30 to 35 to 26 on up to Mount Hood. Rooster 🐓 will crow most of the day which we found comfortable. Kitchen is equiped with all the tools you need. for car creepy
We enjoyed the views from the front deck of the house and the big picture windows. 3 bedrooms and a loft/library area were perfect for all 8 of us. Its a great location to relax, play cards and games and read. We visited a local winery and drove through the Schreiner Farms to see buffalo, camels, zebras etc. Unexpected snow arrived a couple days early and it was beautiful to look at, just not to drive in the area.
House was very nice with great amenities. Views were great. The house is on a well and so copper/minerals in the water so you do not want to drink it. Bring your own water. If you have an elderly person with you be cautious with about 8 steps that go down to walkway and then 4-5 back into the house.
Stayed at a house in Lyle last weekend with my customer service team. The house was just a described/shown in the pictures. Very easy to find, too. There was an issue with a yellow jacket’s nest that could have prevented us from using the back deck, but the property management sent someone over immediately to help fix it. Did not see one bee up there after that. Thank you for the awesome experience. My team had a great time in the house.
Pro-The property was amazing, the house was great, AC was working well, inside was clean and organized. Plenty of dishes and housewares, sheets, blankets, towels. It was great.
Con- Rodent droppings ALL OVER outside. I understand that in the country you will have rodents, however, the amount of rodent droppings on the back porch where the sauna was located was absolutely not okay. It didn't look like it had been cleaned up at all in weeks. There was also droppings on the front porch, just not as bad. Due to not wanting to track rat/rodent droppings all over, we did not use the back porch, patio table and chairs, or the sauna, which we were looking forward to. I do have photos of the droppings but there is no where to attach them to the review.
Fridge was not very cold at max chill setting and we couldnt get anything to freeze solid in the freezer.
We had a wonderful Labor Day, the property was was perfect with lots of charm! The common areas are much bigger than they appear in the photos and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax
