The holiday home in the Uckermark in Lychen is 60 square meters. It is the front side of a semi-detached holiday home. You enter it immediately in the living and dining room with open kitchen. In the entrance area is a cloakroom. In the kitchen you will find an oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Next to it is the dining table with chairs. The living area is furnished with a couch, a small table, an armchair, a fireplace and a sideboard with the TV and a stereo. The bathroom with shower and toilet can be reached through the two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide double bed and built-in wardrobes, which are only 20 cm deep. The second bedroom is furnished with two adjustable upholstered beds and a wardrobe. In front of the door is a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You can use the whole garden, together with the guests of the other semi-detached house, to play and relax. Your car can be parked next to the house on the property.  Electric heating available (billing according to consumption)

The holiday home in the Uckermark in Lychen with the two holiday semi-detached houses is located on a large fenced plot, in close proximity to the forest and only 450 meters from the Wurlsee. In a few minutes you reach the large sunny beach with children's playground on the lake. Since the other half of the house is on the other side, you have no visual contact.
