"One of the worst hotels in Lviv. The front desk tried charging me for my stay that was already prepaid. The room had no Wi-Fi, heat and was very small and bathroom had a horrible odor. There were no toiletries provided. My main concern was WiFi, they mentioned it always worked but it never worked during my stay. I would not stay here again, this hotel felt like it was run in the USSR. "
