"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. "Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together! "

"Though we only stayed one night, the staff went above and beyond. My wife was injured so they let us check in in the morning. Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun)."
