"The tv was tiny with no sound, aircon was very old, they gave two single beds instead of a double and refused to provide the airport transfer included in the package then came back after my fiancée had got her own transport and apologised for the mistake... too late by that point! Not the best hotel for the money and they will deny you services included in the packages. I would stay elsewhere, there are plenty of other options."

"the only thing is the tv package....no real movie selections or news channels ie fox We have Cignal TV in Tarlac and for 800 peso per month we had way more selections available. We would assume a commercial client such as yourself could negotiate a better entertainment pack for you clients...paying a little bit more for the stay would be appropriate..."

"the Breakfast was probably the best and the reason why I came back. The shower was hot and powerful enough. One minor problem was there was a lot of water on the floor after taking showers. Maybe there was a gap between the door and the floor, but it was minor. I will come back next time for my business trip. "
