A great place for people who want to relax. In the middle of the fields, biking distance to everything a person needs and birdies and froggies singing the whole day. House spacious and clean. Owners nice and helpful. Also ideal for families with dogs as in the back you have a large field and a doggie-forest on a 5 min drive distance.

Villaen var rummelig og smukt indrettet, med en fantastisk udsigt over Luttenberg Hill, Vi nød især saunaen i wellnessområdet efter en dag med cykling gennem den nærliggende Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, Uderummet var fantastisk for vores hund, og det nærliggende landbrugsmuseum var et sjovt besøg, Anbefales stærkt til familier eller en gruppe venner!

We hebben een erg slechte ervaring gehad afgelopen augustus bij Villa Luttenberg. Er waren een aantal dingen waar we tegen aan liepen zoals dat we veel hinder ondervonden van de auto's die langsreden. Het ziet er uit als een leuk landweggetje maar bleek een doorgaande weg te zijn waar veel verkeer is en nog wat kleine dingen maar wat ons het meest heeft gestoord is dat we geen privacy hadden. Het huis van de eigenaren staat tegen de villa aan (wat niet uit de foto's blijkt op de site). De eigenaren waren steeds om het huis. Waren de tuin aan het doen voor je neus of wat een ergste was .......de eigenaar was op 10 meter afstand van het terras een tuinhuis aan het bouwen. De hele dag zagen en hameren en wij konden niet rustig privé op het terras zitten. Ik heb dit op een aardige manier bij de eigenaar aangegeven en die zei dat het wel lastig was maar dat hij zou proberen er rekening mee te houden. De herrie was wel iets minder maar we hebben bijna de hele vakantie binnen gezeten omdat we ons bekeken voelden. Verder hadden we dit huis geboekt omdat er op de website staan 200 meter van het bos. Dit omdat 1 van onze honden niet meer zo ver kan lopen ivm leeftijd. Echter het bos is veel verder weg en was niet aan te lopen met de hond. Zo moesten we iedere dag 10 minuten rijden om bij het bos te komen. Ik heb deze klacht doorgegeven aan Belvilla en zij hebben naar herhaalde berichten van mij vandaag (bijna 4 maanden later) gereageerd met oa dat zij de huiseigenaar niet kunnen verbieden om werkzaamheden te verrichten om het huis. Kortom als je dit huis wilt boeken voor je rust en privacy dan zou ik verder gaan zoeken. Voor dit geld kun je echt wel iets beters vinden.

Geweldige vakantievilla. Ruime woonkamer/leefkeuken en 3 ruime slaapkamers. Eigenaren wonen in het huis naastgelegen, super vriendelijke mensen. Je hebt totaal geen last van ze, evenals de gasten in de b&b. Woning ligt aan een kruispunt waar auto's hard rijden, maar momenteel wordt de verkeerssituatie aangepast om snelheid te minderen. Prachtige omgeving en genoeg te doen met kleine kinderen (speeltuinen, zwembad, kabouterpad etc).

Heerlijk ruim huis met veel luxe. Rondom het huis veel ruimte en vanuit de huiskamer en de keuken mooi zicht op de tuin en vijver. Op hetzelfde terrein woont ook de beheerder en bevindt zich een B&B, maar iedereen heeft veel privacy. Een grote keuken, met vaatwasser, oven, ingebouwde koffiemachine, inductieplaat en ruime koel/vries combinatie. In de keuken ook de eettafel, met leuk uitzicht op de tuin. Naast de keuken bevindt zich een aparte ruimte met wasmachine en magnetron. In de ruime huiskamer een mooie haard (hout gestookt), dit geeft een lekkere warmte. In de kelder een compacte sauna (hierin kan je via Bluetooth muziek afspelen) en een aparte douche. Boven drie slaapkamers; wij maakten gebruik van de grote slaapkamer met inloopkast waardoor je heel veel opbergruimte had. Er is een grote badkamer met ligbad en aparte douche. Daarnaast ook nog een separaat toilet. En er is nog een kleinere badkamer met douche. Wij verbleven er in de winter, hierdoor geen gebruik gemaakt van de twee terrassen. Het huis bevindt zich in een zeer mooi gebied, aan de voet van de Luttenberg. Vlakbij de Sallandse Heuvelrug, hier kun je eindeloze wandelingen kunt maken. Wanneer je er met een hond verblijft, hier kan de hond loslopen (bij Hellendoorn). En er is hier een fantastische Zand Kuil waar de honden naar hartenlust kunnen rennen. Vriendelijke beheerder, die genoeg kan adviseren over de omgeving en het huis.
