About this property

Holiday home / B & B 't Zwaluwnest - peace, space and privacy with its own sauna

  • Former stable, converted into a quirky holiday home in a very large garden, giving you optimal peace and privacy with plenty of space in the garden.
    New is the added sauna with private shower and front room where you can relax in peace. The sauna is exclusively for our guests.
    The cottage has a living room with open kitchen, where the different ceiling heights and vides in the living room provide a nice spacious effect.
    The bedroom has a double box spring bed for a good night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
    On the large covered terrace you will be delighted, even if the weather is less good. In the garden there is a picnic table with a clear view of the Luttenberg, our local bulge of 31 meters high.

Urlaub eben

Nettes kleines Häuschen, die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Es war alles da, was man für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, sodass lange Spaziergänge mit dem Hund ausbleiben mussten. Unser Vierbeiner konnte das Grundstück ausgiebig erkunden.... Netter Vermieter, kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben.

Gemütlicher Ort

Es war uns ein Vergnügen hier zu nächtigen. Der Gastgeber ist toll und sehr freundlich. Zur Nutzung der Sauna werden nochmal 15€ erhoben, das zur Info. Die Hütte ist im Winter etwas kalt, das Schlsfzimmer auch nicht beheizt. Für empfindliche Personen vllt ungeeignet, für uns war es toll. Vielen Dann!

Relaxing time for me and my partner

Nice house, nice view and a nice calm place to be. We where staying 4 nights 5 days, with our dog she likes the place to. There are nice walking routes, we did brought our subboards and there is a kanostrandje at 'Regge' about 10 minute drive, nice to do in the summer time

Leuke vakantiewoning maar helaas heel veel achterstallig onderhoud aan het huisje Badkamervloer vies heel slecht afgekit waardoor veel schimmelvorming in de gehele badkamer rook ook niet fris Huisje doet somber aan doordat het donker is binnen en sombere inrichting Buiten rondom het huisje sober en wederom veel achterstallig onderhoud

Net vakantiehuisje in een rustige omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Ontbijtservice in orde. We hopen ooit nog eens terug te keren, maar dan gaat de fiets mee. Als toemaatje werden we getrakteerd op fantastisch wandelweer!

Heel fijn verblijf!

Een heerlijk huisje op een rustige plek. Dicht in de buurt van de Sallandse Heuvelrug waar we heerlijk gewandeld hebben. Het huisje is netjes, het bed slaapt goed en de sauna is heel lekker. De ontvangst is vriendelijk en na een korte rondleiding hebben we genoten van alle rust. Een aanrader!

Heerlijke week gehad

Samen met mijn man en hond hebben we een heerlijke week gehad. Het Sallandse Heuvellandschap is prachtig en dichtbij te vinden. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien!

Prima vakantieverblijf voor 2 personen en een hond(je)

De vakantiewoning ligt in een fantastische omgeving waar je supergoed kunt fietsen. De woning staat op een groot stuk grond waar nog een andere vakantiewoning en het huis van de eigenaar staan. Door de ligging heb je echter heel veel privacy en dat is heerlijk. De woning is prima verzorgd, schoon en goed onderhouden. Een vrij uitzicht, en prima bed, een warme douche en ook nog een sauna maken dat je snel aan het vakantiegevoel gewend bent.

Een echt Zwaluwnest, knus, rustig en weids uitzicht.

Een heerlijke plaats met een knus, goed geoutilleerd huisje. Fijn terras met mooi uitzicht. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, je hoeft je niet te vervelen. Boodschappen in Raalte, genoeg aanbod. De ontvangst is hartelijk en de uitleg duidelijk. Gewoon een fijn verblijf voor een goede rust en voor ons zuivere lucht tussen de boerderijen met een weids uitzicht.
