とても静かで綺麗な部屋でした。フロア共用ですがエスプレッソメーカーがついており、エスプレッソを楽しむことが出来ました。朝食はパンが豊富な種類があり楽しめました。ラヴォー地区はまた再訪したいと考えていますので、また利用したいですね。

This hotel was so charming and perfect for our stay. We had a very comfortable room, and a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, just across the walkway. The staff was very helpful and cheerful and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda every night. I would recommend Hotel Rivage to anyone staying in the area.

Quaint place in a busy lakefront town

Quaint place in a busy lakefront town. Nice large apartment with large windows and partial lake view. Nice restaurant overlooking the marina. Advertises free parking, but there are only 5 spaces, so good luck with that. You'll probably end up at public paid parking 2 - 3 blocks from the hotel.

Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is that they had the elevator not working. I had a room in the 3rd floor so you can imagine carrying suitcases, strollers, etc. and no one to help.

`Terrible stay at a not cheap hotel....NO WiFi in the room (I thought that already finished even in 3rd world countries) and the A/C makes noise but no conditioning. Nothing is in English. Room condition is poor......

The room was too small and the website stated “patio” that means “patio view” they explained, which was far from the truth. I asked for a room change because for 150.- the room was poor, next to the entrance of the second floor with guests in and out constantly loud until 12:30 in the evening and starting again at 6:45. No internet reception whatsoever, when I went to the reception to complain, the girl was very nonchalant and when I asked to change rooms she tried to charge me 40.- I ended up paying 20.- but I still find it outrageous to pay extra for some peace and quiet and some internet reception. Breakfast was lacking immensely which was sad, for a 3 star hotel it could’ve been a lot better, although the waiter was most attentive and polite. Shame.

L’hotel ha una posizione invidiabile, diretta sul Lago Lemano. Camera ampia con vista lago. Letto matrimoniale comodo, bagno ampio e moderno con doccia. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch grad am Hafen vom schönen Lutry. Die Zimmer sind ok, allerdings sind grosse Gebrauchsspuren überall ersichtlich. Die Dusche war schon ziemlich verkalkt. Alles in allem für 1-2 Nächte ganz ok.

Das Hotel ist einmalig gelegen, direkt an der Seepromenade. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Treppe im Treppenhaus war über 3 Tage verschmutzt. Die Zimmer und alles übrige sind aber tip top sauber. Das "Corona" Frühstück ist etwas klein, der Preis wurde aber auch gegen unten angepasst. Sehr gerne komme ich ein andermal wieder

Nous avons bien mangé et le personnel était très sympathique et attentionné ! Dommage qu’il puisse pas nous offrir les digestifs ou les cafés on étaient quand même un groupe de 7 personnes !!! Pour la réception c’était plus compliqué la dame était très tête en l’air et oubliait tout ce qu’on lui disait et pour récupérer ma facture tout était compliqué et finalement je n’ai pas eu ce que je voulais.
