We stayed in room ‘Tosca’. It was a lovely, spacious room with a balcony. I liked that there was a coffee machine in the room and a great shower. The staff were friendly and check in was quick. The room was also immaculate.

My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!

The hotel is a 1 KM walk from the amphitheatre. From there another.8 KM to the river. Really walkable and lots to see. We came in with a rental car and parking was difficult. The standard rooms are smaller than we had been staying in. The hotel is in a historic building and we'll curated with significant art. The staff is super friendly and helpful

"This place is beautiful and very old, it has a pool and everything you could ask for. However it also has mosquitoes and a skylight with no covering in the room so you won't need an alarm clock you will wake with the sunshine. Staff are lovely and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful."
