What is advertised here as a standard suite, really is an executive room, which is how the hotel refers to it. The room was spacious but a little noisy and the Aircon dripped water into the wardrobe. The hotel itself looks cool and modern. Food is very good.

I had a room with a balcony and I thought the rooms were nice. I was visiting from USA and enjoyed my stay here. I had a WiFi problem and they switched my room instantly. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Also room service was good as well. The men up front were very helpful with my luggage I had with me. And were helpful with all you needed to know about the room with the short room tour they give.

The proximity to the mall (being only feet away) and it being central to many areas in the city were great. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well when it came to helping with rides. While the complementary breakfast was good, I was not a huge fan of dinner.

Beautiful hotel worth every penny

Beautiful hotel with interesting art, amazing service, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant, and some seriously cold air conditioning. It is adjacent to shopping mall, where there are bank machines. Taxi to the airport is about 190K.

Stylish modern hotel

Cargo88 is a brand new hotel located steps from East Park Mall. It felt very similar to the 3 and 4 star hotels I often stay in when traveling for work in the U.S. Staff were very friendly, my room was comfortable, and there were lots of good dining and retail options within walking distance. There’s nothing about it that feels particularly Zambian, so if you’re looking for local color it’s best to stay elsewhere, but it’s a great base of operations for a longer trip.
