I loved Cartegena, the people and staff were amazing BUT I definitely have a few issues with this property. 1. It's dated 2. No benefit on being a preferred guest here...there is no difference. You don't get the care and attention you do at other resorts. The preferred pool is small, not enough umbrellas ...
