Good except bed was uncomfortable
Breakfast was good, front desk was really nice, bed was uncomfortable, cleaning staff forgot to put back bath soap and don’t give you enough toilet paper. Not much food in immediate area, have to walk a long block to get to restaurants but subway is steps away

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone did an amazing job. Many foreigners here, not just english speakers. The staff assisted all, the language ability was awesome. The housekeepers on floor 16 were wonderful, high regards to them. One person that I want to recognize is Mr. Andy Cheng, he assisted us several times and was the epitome of a great employee. Great customer service to all!

There is an event on, at 7.30am breakfast all ran out nobody refill it. After Waiting for 30mins still not much been refill. They should have prepared more food if knew there is a big group.

Expensive hotel in third lines city.
Fast checked in. Bit expensive for this small city. Same price as Beijing 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was great.room was nice and modern. Comfy beds.

Good for a rest. Near Longmen metro. Shopping and local food just behind hotel a short walk. Fantastic breakfast with good spread of choices. Check in fast and good service from hotel staff

Good rest
A good place to rest and it is less than 15 minutes to the hi speed rail station. A good spread of food for breakfast. Local dining just a short stroll behind the hotel. No issue catching a taxi in front of the hotel.

Excellent stay
I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is clean, staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable and WiFi is good. The hotel provided us with some guide to on the nearest food streets, shopping centre, supermarket, and they can even assist us to arrange day tour to Shaolin Temple.

Only stayed for a night but overall experience is great. Received a free room upgrade. Room is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities available. Hotel can arrange for car hire with driver to travel to places of attractions. Breakfast is just ok, not much variety.

The hotel was situated directly opposite a plot of land that is undergoing major metro construction. The noise of drilling and piling was evident on a Sunday morning, about 7:30am.

Good location close to high-speed rail station. Construction of subway system was rather noisy. Also, the hot water takes several minutes to get to the bathroom, so lots of water is being wasted while you wait. The front desk staff should have better training in welcoming guests and familiarizing themselves with the neighborhood to give directions.

No frills place to stay. Check in/out was simple staff and room service was fine. Breakfast was decent and they have a coffee machine. Laundry room with a washer and a dryer that worked well. My only real complaint is that the shower barely drained and would back up into the bathroom floor.

Hotel is good
Staff is very friendly and helpful and stay is ok. It is 3km to fast train station and 9 Km to Louyang Grottoes. Getting taxi back to Louyang is big task . There is mall 1.5 Km from hotel, you may get choices for food. Breakfast was ok , but the crowd and people running for getting food is awful

OK hotel with not much around
We booked a room for 3 people (assuming one king bed and one sofa bed) and when we arrived the hotel told us the room we booked a room with one king bed only. After a bit of arguing we got offered a camp bed in the room. Not ideal and not very comfortable but at least solution to the issue. The lack of english speaking staff is not ideal as well. On the plus side great breakfast, cheap DYI laundry and maintained hotel. Not much in the area.

Lovely Hotel - Breakfadt packed away while wating
All in all a good hotel for a night stay. There's a laundry to use for a small fee which was great. Internet in our room wasn't working and the hotel internet man didn't speak English which didn't help. Breakfast was meant to run till 10. We got down just before 9:30 and they literally packed everything up around us. guests came doennafter us and found no food. If a time is set it needs to be stuck to. Otherwise easy location to the train station and an alright place to stay for a day visit to the Shaolin Temple

nice hotel with very helpful staff
All the staffs are very helpful and many speak well English. In particular, Joy at the front office made our stay in Luoyang smooth and comfortable. We couldn't ask for more.

One Nice Night
We spent a nice night in this lovely hotel with a helpful staff who scheduled rides for us to the Longmen Grottoes and the railway station. And there are some good food options within walking distance.

Convenient and good customer service
Very good customer service by the front desk officer, received compliment fruits basket for my wife's birthday well spotted by the manager, Joyce. She also explained in very detail on how to take bus to go to the tourist attraction.

Overall the hotel was great. Very clean and rooms were very spacious. If you need help English is very limited, depends who is at reception. Wee not very helpful regarding tours. Organized ourlefa elsewhere. Not much around the actual hotel, so nice and quiet. But about 4km from fast train station and there is some streets to get some food. We just caught taxi's to centre of town and attractions. Reception was helpful writing notes for us to show the drivers where we wanted to go. Wifi works but limited by China. So no Facebook, maps,etc. you can get your emails. Breakfast was good, but did not cater for westerners so I this is important for you, don't book breakfast

Hotel very close to bullet train station and Longman grottoes. There is a food street at the back one block away from the hotel. Huge shopping mall one block away across the hotel

Nice hotel, exceeded expectations
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very modern and well kept. Much better than other three or even four star hotels around. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Luoyang. The wifi was fast and had great coverage throughout the hotel, with consistent three full bars even in rooms.

We enjoyed the neighborhood. Within walk distance is shopping and goo food. The hotel staff itself was very friendly but spoke very little English. Thanks for ms Joyce for all her help.

Excellent service from Quincey on the front desk who booked us a lovely driver to take us to the Shaolin Temple, Longmen Grottos and then the Peony Park and White Horse Temple the following day. Very efficient and reasonable price.

Chose this hotel because it is a 5 minute walk to the train station. I would rate this hotel is cheap and cheerful. It's not fancy but the room was comfortable and the bed was was good. A nice breakfast was available for a small fee.
