入住發現電視打不開，打電話立馬請人來看很棒！但晚上洗澡時一開水就發現蓮蓬頭往上噴射，直接分屍有點傻眼，因為太晚了所以就沒打電話告知此狀況，只能使用spa的蓮蓬頭洗澡

空間大且隔音良好但舒適度有待加強

空間很大，還有小客廳，裝潢風格也很可愛。一層一戶，隔音完善。但是冷氣吹了一個晚上後，鼻腔有些不舒服。床雖然柔軟，但是彈簧偏老舊，睡得不是很舒適。廁所的設備也偏老舊，乾濕分離的透明玻璃沒有在刷。

以CP值來說是非常符合的，房間空間真的非常的寬敞，但是很可惜的是在廁所設備維護上面，相對沒那麼的好，離夜市非常的近，步行即可到達，停車相對麻煩，需要去附近找停車場停。

沒有配合停車場,停車過夜至少100起跳,還需要走10分鐘路程,沒有很便利 整體來說就是日租套房型飯店,不會有任何服務,但這個價位應該有其他更好的選擇

地點方便，人員很扯

因為超過入住時間入住，鑰匙放在信箱內自取，這點是覺得無所謂，但讓人傻眼的地方是，描述房間地點有點不明確，且聯絡電話沒人接也沒人回，找了一下子才找到住宿地點。 地點就在羅東夜市旁邊，對於想逛夜市的人來說非常方便，且旁邊有付費停車場，停車算是方便的。 整體來說房間本身不錯，服務人員問題很大，完全沒回電蠻誇張的，萬一找不到房間或是房間有問題，只能自求多福。

典型的複合式店家，為了節省人力開銷，咖啡店店員就是check in人員，什麼狀況都搞不懂！辦個入住搞了快20分鐘！還一直說費用尚未付清，最後才說是其他訂房人員搞錯？！（整個店家就你一個人啊傻眼）房間一層樓一間滿隱私的，陽台也很大浴室小小的很乾淨。電梯慢到以為整個世界都停止轉動...
