We arrived late with a 1 yr old, 7 yr old, & 9 yr old. All appeared ok upon arrival (beautiful view, spacious beds, clean bayhroom) & we quickly left to enjoy timeshare. Upon our return as kids were getting into the bed and moving the covers/pillows we discovered several hairs between the sheets, on the covers, and dry ear wax on one of the pillows. It was 1am so I forced my kids to sleep but I did go down after to complain. Was offered room swap but with such young kids we did not accept as one never wants to wake a sleeping baby. Really upset as this was not cheap and the room cleanliness was extremely lacking. Will not go back.

You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed ..."
