There should be instructions for the TV and the heater in the room because we could not get the temperature regulated nor find regular TV stations. "Receive a text prior to arrival welcoming us …thank you Kyle. Had our best seafood chowder during our holiday at the restaurant. Our waitress, Kristin, was top notch. Amazing service. The pictures online did not do our room justice. We could not have a better view. You can’t beat waking up and having a clear view of the water …it was like glass. Definitely will be coming back again. "
