The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family room which the pillowcases and bedsheets does not looks clean and smells. It’s very disappointing with the condition of the accommodation and can’t wait to get out of it. However I have to say that the staff was quite nice even though the condition of the accommodation is not good.

The cleanliness the one we could not tolerate at all. Found hair on the bedsheet. Wondering what happen there. Toilet slightly smelly maybe from ineffective seawage eventhough seems clean.
