Discover this charming holiday home in the quiet village of Lumbarda, perfect for couples or small families. The apartment offers space for up to 4 people and impresses with its practical layout and great equipment.
The 65 m² apartment has two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed, ideal for a relaxed stay. A modern bathroom with shower completes the living area. Thanks to central heating and air conditioning, the apartment is pleasantly tempered all year round.
In the fully equipped kitchen with stove, holidaymakers can prepare their favourite dishes. The kitchen is completely furnished with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and all necessary cooking accessories.
A big plus is the free WiFi access and a television with satellite reception.
The location is dreamlike: directly by the sea! Only 600 metres from the sandy beach, 500 metres from the town centre and supermarket, and with good bus connections.
Please note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
