Fantástico. Sem dúvidas foi o melhor hotel da nossa viagem de 10 dias.
Se soubéssemos antes, teríamos retirado alguns dias dos péssimos hotéis de Bariloche, para ficarmos mais alguns dias no Luma Casa de Montana.
A propriedade é linda, os donos e funcionários extremamente simpáticos, o lago é maravilhoso e o serviço é impecável.
Não tenho uma reclamação para fazer.

Increible vista!!!
Casona muy linda y agradable. Buen recibimiento pero variable personal, desde un joven que no dudo en ir a buscar y dejar termo con agua caliente a nuestra habitacion con bastante escaleras, a una niña que servia el desayuno de bastante "mala gana". Habitacion muy linda, preciosa vista y terraza, pero imposible para una persona mayor o con alguna dificultad por escalera angosta y empinada. Faltaba mantencion en el baño, avisamos problema con el inodoro, pero no fueron siquiera a revisar. Eso si, era fin de semana, pero pensamos podrian tener servicio de mantencion. Piscina buenisima y spa, id. aunque solo los vi desde arriba, no los use. Wifi inexistente en hab. "Mirador", mala señal en todo el hotel. En resumen, muchos "altos y bajos"
