Great location for exploring the town of Lulea and also for access to the railway station which is literally over the road. The Simple meal which was provided every day was delicious and very good value.

The shower Was warm and had a good pressure, the Bed was comfort able, the Breakfast was good and there was a good choice to choose among, and the staff was very friendly

I guess my issue was not so much with the hotel as with the surroundings, icy sidewalks made it hard to get around Lulea. To find food beyond breakfast, you needed to walk or have a car. I had thought dinner was available in the hotel, but it wasn't.

Room was clean, toiletries not so good especially for Sweden, expected more local products rather than commercial. Breakfast could do with more choice of cereal and fruit, pineapple and melon is not really much choice.

Personalen i receptionen var inte så trevlig. Sur uppsyn, hälsade inte på morgonen och var mer intresserad av sin familj (?) som var där både på kvällen och vid frukost. Man kände sig inte välkommen. Även frukostpersonalen kunde haft ett mer välkomnande och trevligt sätt. Parkeringshuset är ju verkligen trångt.
