This is THE hotel if you're in Lulea
We just stayed one night and the staff made the stay pleasant. Room was clean, staff friendly and hospitable. We had to check out early for an excursion and they were ok for us to leave our bags in storage until we came back at the end of the day

Quiet at night to sleep, great location. Easy to get to from the airport even by bus. They arranged a taxi for me on the day i was flying out since it was early morning. the sauna & spa facility were really nice and so was the breakfast!

Great location, clean hotel
Nice, clean hotel with very good breakfast. Paid parking garage was a bit confusing esp when leaving the garage, but overall a great stay.

I live in Finland and I was dreaming about going to Clarion hotel one day. This time I booked luxury room on the top floor. Well... First of all we were not welcomed in the reception and waited for workers to end chatting. When they ended chatting we were asked to wait while they were busy with some pile of papers. Then I gave my passport to check in and worker did not notice it and asked me to wait 20-40mins (another worker who was just chatting, she has just dropped her coat from outside, ran into check in area ehile another worker was still busy with papers). I felt myself like fruit market customer on the street. Check-in personnell spoke super quickly. Terrible check in. The worst thing is that there is no ventilation in a room. I am not mentioning airconditioning. When oxygen was totally missing in a room we had to go to lobby to get some fresh air but were asked to leave due to pandemic restrictions. We asked reception to open our window. They opened. And all night till the morning I was listening to screaming seagulls. I did not sleep at all during stay. I would like to get full refund. My life was in danger, because i was driving home next day without sleeping. Breakfast: dirty plates, dirty forks, some white substance in nutella, anxious cook, extremely cheap food, bad coffee (I ate breakfast outside in cafe). I would like full refund. I definitely do not recommend. I will not stay again.

No spa
The spa is closed and they don’t tell you till you arrive. Worst hotel I have stayed in in Sweden. Only compensation offered was a slightly larger room with no windows. First room was so small it must have originally been a cupboard. Massively overpriced for what you get.

Terrible service
The key to our room stopped working because the door device ran out of batteries. Apparently the receptionist was the only one able to change the batteries so she made us wait half and hour and ultimately we were assigned a new room, no apologies even given. Rooms are small compared to the price one pays.

Professional service, good breakfast but a small room without windows. Good for a nights sleep, but I need my windows. There are better rooms in the hotel, but I just got what I paid for.
