Great hospitality, personal service and welcoming atmosphere
The sea view is spectacular, the rooms were clean, the bedding could be better as they joined to twin beds to make it look like a queen. The Lunch and breakfast menu can be upgraded or maybe expanded.Overall its a very good place to stay in the heart of the Gap.
The staff were very hospitable and the food was overall very good. The hotel was well kept and clean. The one suggestion I would give is that they need more activities for children. This is not an adult only resort however it has a very relaxed feel to it and for adults that great. However, for teenagers ...
First, I want people to know this property does not have nightly entertainment. It’s a nice resort to relax. The property is very well maintained and clean. The staff is phenomenal. I’ve never met a group of people so nice, personable and eager to please. Just to name a few: Michelle, Ramona, Angel, ...

The place was spotless and the employees were pleasant. It's a beautiful property. The food though...ugh. $15 for puny chicken wings. The food was terrible.
The Crane is a unique hotel which we enjoy returning to time after time. We love the style of the rooms with the white and dark wood, the food selection is good and the cocktails always hit the spot!
