Everyone was slow and they gave us poor instructions for the shuttle bus which caused us to waste over an hour of time at airport returning our rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere even though it might cost a bit more. The check in staff did not seem to know how to fix it, and they said that it may not be fixed for a few days! When I contacted the manager, at the staff's request, she never responded ..."
