Goed met wat haken en ogen

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis in Voldomino, een buurtschap van Luino. Dat was mede te danken aan het fantastische weer en de heerlijke omgeving. Wat het huis betreft: Het is een net huis en met mooi weer is het heerlijk genieten op het terras met uitzicht over Luino. Muggenspray is aan te raden! Bij minder weer komen er wat minpuntjes naar voren. Het huis is binnen best donker, de inrichting is ouderwets en de stoelen en bank zitten bepaald niet lekker. De slaapkamer zit tegen de weg aan en hoewel het binnen de bebouwde kom is razen de Italianen er met een behoorlijke gang voorbij. Dus ramen open in de avond en vroege ochtenduren geeft lawaai. niet constant maar zo dat slapen lastig is. In de nacht is het wel rustig. Wat we niet wisten is dat de stopcontacten heel anders zijn dan we gewend zijn. We konden daarom een aantal opladers niet aansluiten, daar heb je dan adapters voor nodig. Die waren er wel in het huis maar waren in gebruik voor de koelkast en wasmachine. Verder is het zo dat de eigenaar direct boven de woning woont. En die is 's morgens om 7 uur het terras aan het vegen en giet de planten. Dat duurt soms even en buiten ontbijten is dan niet zo fijn, het is niet echt prive. Ook de zoon van de eigenaar komt regelmatig met zijn auto het terras op rijden om spullen op te halen voor zijn bedrijf. De eigenaar is overigens wel heel aardig. Nog een apart iets, bij aankomst moesten we eerst 7 kilometer verderop de sleutel ophalen.

Zentral gelegen zwischen Lugano und Locarno. Ideal.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir sind jedes Jahr im Urlaub am Lago Maggiore -Luino und haben schon etliche Ferienwohnungen angemietet. Dieses mal haben wir das perfekte Domizil gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und höflich. Wohnen auch im selben Haus, aber es ist so als ob sie nicht da wären. Mit unseren Kindern sind sie umgegangen wie Oma und Opa. Super zahme 3 Hennen und einer Katze, Hund und Schildkröten, von allen hört man keinen Ton:-) Nur zu empfehlen. Hund und Katze sind alt und in der Wohnnung der Besitzer . Die Hühner in ihrem Gehege.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Blick auf den See

Die Wohnung war sauber und die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse (mit Sitzecke unter Weinrankel) bietet einen einmaligen Blick auf den Lago, vor allem bei Nacht. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr ordentlich! Schlaf- und Wohnräume sind so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, sprechen ein paar Brocken Deutsch und sind sehr sehr nett! Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden Region und Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in geeigneter Lage für allerlei Erkundungen

Wir haben die Wohnung sauber vorgefunden. Die Bettwäsche der Vormieter war lediglich noch nicht abgeholt (was nicht der Fehler der im Haus wohnenden Vermieter war). Die zur Wohnung dazu gehörenden Terrasse (mit Sitzecke unter einer Weinrankel) bietet einen einmaligen Blick auf den Lago, vor allem bei Nacht. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr ordentlich! Schlaf- und Wohnräume sind so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. In der Beschreibung stand weiterhin, dass das 900m2 große Grundstück zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung steht, das war aber nicht der Fall. Bei den Flächen handelt es sich um Garten und Auslauf für die Hühner. Die Vermieter wohnen, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, mit im Haus, sprechen ein paar Brocken Deutsch, sind aber sehr sehr nett! Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden Region und Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

alles schön, nur nicht das Wetter

Leider hatten wir wenig Sonnentage und konnten die Terrasse selten nutzen. Aber man hat in der Wohnung als auch auf der Terrasse viel Platz. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundliche nette Menschen und die Kommunikation funktioniert auch mit wenigen Worten. Bei den ungewöhnlich niedrigen Temperaturen im Mai war es am Abend in der Wohnung ziemlich kühl. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub mit vielen interessanten Ausflügen in der Umgebung.

Es ist eine gemütliche 3 Zimmer Wohnung im italienischem Stil mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Selbst Utensilien wie Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel....Öl Salz und sonstige Kleinigkeiten waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter, ein sehr nettes älteres Ehepaar wohnen direkt darüber und sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für jeden geeignet der sich eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen möchte. Denn wirklich viel unternehmen kann man in luino nämlich nicht 😅

Gemütliche Wohnung & tolle Vermieter!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Sie ist wirklich tip top sauber gewesen, als wir ankamen, die Betten waren sogar schon bezogen (obwohl wir selber Bettzeug mitgebracht hatten), das Bad und die Küche waren sogar mit einigen Verbrauchsdingen (Kaffee, Öl, Toilettenpapier etc.) ausgestattet. Die Vermieter, die in der Wohnung drüber wohnen sind ein tolles, zurückhaltendes und sehr liebes Eherpaar, die sich mit einer Leidenschaft um ihren großen Garten kümmern. Sehr zuvorkommend! Und trotz der Sprachbarriere könnte man sich ein bisschen austauschen. Der Ort Luino ist ein kleines Örtchen mit vielen verträumten Gässchen. Wir waren Anfang September dort und es waren nur noch Auszüge von (deutschem) Tourismus bemerkbar. Wir hatten ein Kind dabei und einen Hund und die meisten (Restaurant, Strand) haben sehr wohlwollend reagiert. Bzgl Hund hätten wir uns vorher vielleicht besser informieren sollen, wirklichen Auslauf konnten wir ihm nicht anbieten. Dafür müsste man vielleicht in andere Ecken Italiens. Da aber die Hauptsaison so gut wie vorbei war, konnte sie meist angeleint am Strand dabei sein, weil einfach nicht mehr viele Leute da waren. Alles in allem, ein toller Urlaub! Ein gemütliches Feriendomizil mit lieben Gastgebern, ein schöner Ort und wundervolles, spätsommerliches Wetter!
