Small& fine with parking

  • The approx. 20sqm apartment impresses with its super central but quiet location and the secure parking space in the courtyard with an electric gate. The historical place Am Sande is only 2 minutes away by walk and the historical city hall is only 5 minutes away by walk. Bicycles can be rent near by. The entire apartment has just been completely renovated in a tasteful and design-oriented manner. It has a vinyl design floor, a double bed, smart TV, two armchairs, glasstable, wardrobe and small desk. In addition to the living- and bedroom, the apartment has a daytlight shower room with a window. In the kitchenette there is a small refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle. A single stovetop with cooking dishes are available on request. Washing mashine and dryer are in the basement. An outside seating area is in the courtyard.

Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung her wie auf den Fotos, nur leider kam durch den Baum vor dem Fenster kein Tageslicht, dafür aber viele Spinnen ins Zimmer… Alles in allem war alles in Ordnung aber für den Preis einfach zu dunkel..

Leider ist dies keine Ferienwohnung, bestenfalls ein Zimmer mit Bad u. einfachsten Kochmöglichkeiten

- Für zwei Personen nicht ausgestattet, da es max. wie ein Hotelzimmer mit einfachsten Koch-Assessoires eingerichtet ist.- Kein Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen- Bettwäsche im Winter zu dünn ( als Alleinreisender benutzte ich beide Zudecken)- Unterbringung von Wäsche etc. max. für eine Person- Die Dusche wird mit einem Vorhang geschützt; Wasser nach dem Duschen zwangsläufig überall.- Das kleinste Waschbecken im Bad, was ich jemals erlebt habe. Aufpassen beim Zähneputzen!!- Die Heizung wurde im Dezember 2004 gegen ca. 22:00 komplett ausgeschaltet- Einen Kontakt zum Vermieter hat es nicht gegeben- die Lage ist perfekt und ruhig- Ein Auto oder Motorrad wird kaum zu stehlen sein- Internet (Wlan) ist OK!- Fazit: M.E. für das Angebotene zu teuer und nicht richtig ausgewiesen, denn hier kann ein" Pärchen " wirklich nicht sich wie in einer Ferienwohnung fühlt, da es auch keine ist!- Ich könnte meine Aussagen auch mit diversen Fotos belegen

Ausstattung der ferienwohnung

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war dürftig. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster vorzufinden sowie einen Tisch, an dem man frühstücken kann. Auch das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein, zumal keine weitere Möglichkeit besteht, Tassen und Bestecks abzuwaschen.

Weihnachtszeit in Lüneburg

Ein schöner Aufenthalt übers Wochenende in einem kleinen Häuschen, dass nah am Stadtkern lag und sehr sauber und niedlich mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet war. Sehr nette Vermieter und der Preis stimmte auch. Gern wieder, Lüneburg war toll.

Sauberes, modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment ist sauber und modern eingerichtet, Betten bequem. Dusche/WC okay, Handwaschbecken etwas zu klein. Küchenblock für kleines Frühstück oder Snack passend. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, den könnte evtl. das Summen des Kühlschranks nachts stören, Tipp: vor dem Einschlafen ausschalten. Ankunftszeit und check-out waren problemlos und flexibel zu regeln (super !), der Parkplatz ist prima, da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt und vieles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Falls wieder ein Aufenthalt in Lüneburg ansteht, würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

Objekt war ok. Hilfreich wäre eine kleine Spülschüssel, um das Geschirr zu reinigen, denn im HWB ist es nicht so toll!!! Vermieter waren sehr nett.
