This 3-room holiday apartment in Lüdenscheid, with approximately 84 m² of living space, is centrally located and just 6 minutes from the A45 highway. The 6-unit building stands out for both its excellent location and its good transport connections, which allow guests to reach everything quickly. A supermarket (Aldi & Rewe), two bakeries, snack bars, McDonald’s, and petrol stations are all conveniently and easily accessible on foot, so you’ll find everything you need right nearby. In addition, a parking space provided free of charge for the duration of your stay is located directly on the property, which makes travelling by car much easier. Home improvement stores (Obi, Hellweg), the train station, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and the hospital are also quickly and easily accessible by car. Furthermore, there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, which serves as a convenient alternative to driving and offers additional flexibility.

Accommodation
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment building. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping spots, a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The first bedroom has 3 single beds (90×200), while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90×200). The third bedroom also features 2 single beds (90×200). Both the room with the 3 single beds and the bedroom facing the garden have their own balconies, offering additional comfort and a beautiful view.

Amenities
Upon arrival, a set of towels (1 large and 1 small) is carefully placed on the bed, which is made up with fresh linens, so no one needs to bring their own towels or bedding. All rooms are equipped with a modern 55-inch 4K smart TV, allowing guests to log in with their own Netflix or other streaming accounts to enjoy personalised entertainment. A first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are located centrally in the apartment’s hallway to ensure safety during your stay and to be immediately available in case of an emergency. The spacious kitchen features a dining table with chairs, and the extensive array of kitchenware leaves nothing to be desired. These include, among other things, plates, silverware, glasses, cups, hob burners, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Additionally, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a bottle opener, scissors, and sharp knives are provided, so you’ll have all the necessary kitchen utensils at your fingertips.
