"It isn’t pet friendly as advertised. The hosts were quite kurt. They demanded cash for my puppy even though they had a cash machine and said they don’t accept card payments. Not very nice! "

"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

Man hört auch jedes GerĂ€usch von anderen GĂ€sten. FĂŒr eine Nacht war es okay und sauber. Nochmals wĂŒrden wir da aber nicht ĂŒbernachten. Da ist das Hotel Luisenpark glaube ich besser."

"We (family of 4 + dog) have stayed here overnight every year on our way to the south and we love it! Beautiful location (garden, woods, quiet, water feature), yet ZweibrĂŒcken’s excellent shopping outlet is just 2 minutes away by car. The rooms are comfortable and our dog was allowed to join us for dinner and breakfast (as an observer). There are two restaurants, but best to reserve a table in advance as the venue is often used for weddings (being a picturesque location). Highly recommended, and we shall return next summer!"
