Mitten Flats 2 Units - 1 Block to the beach!
2 fully renovated flats 1 block from the beach! Plus, community HOT TUB available for use. 2 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 5 people each for a total of 20 people. Walk to Lake Michigan in 4 minutes and down the pier to the lighthouse in 12. Enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. The building has 1 lower unit and 1 upper unit in the 2-unit building, right on Ludington Ave - watch the holiday parades right out front!

There's a sitting area right outside your door to watch the activity on Ludington Ave in addition to a shared deck area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunkbeds, so while it can sleep up to 20, please know that it would be tight quarters if you max out the occupancy.
