Kitchen has all new appliances and coffee maker. Living area has new furniture with smart TV. Bathroom has new fixtures. You won't be disappointed with the accommodations. There is even a common shared deck area with a grill to hang out and enjoy the outdoors and BBQ. Also, there is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a $75.00 pet fee.

We’ve stayed in various properties throughout Ludington at least 10 times and this property is the absolute best property we’ve stayed in, for a very reasonable price. Great place!

We stayed for our girls 40th birthday trip and it was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Right downtown Ludington so we walked everywhere!! We would definitely stay again!!
