This cottage was cute, clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good with communication and the cottage had everything we needed including a good supply of paper products, soaps and even coffee. We had never vacationed in this part of MI and and our cottage we such a nice surprise. Easy walk/bike ride to town and the beach. Very cozy space with a lot of nice details. Plenty of towels and kitchen is well appointed. We would recommend and return.

Wedding guest stay

We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was the little things that really attributed to an above and beyond stay. Family vacation

We stayed here with our family, kids ages 2-8. It was just the right place to come home to after being gone all day. We liked being able to have a yard, our boys played baseball and bean bag toss lots! It was close by to everything, so we could run home quick if we had to grab anything we forgot. The front porch is lovely for our morning coffees!

Conveniently located and very clean and comfy

The cottage was just as described in the listing and in photos. I echo other reviewers in that the cottage was very clean! It is very well maintained. The beds are comfortable. There is a nice sitting area and fire pit in the backyard that we enjoyed. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to plenty of activities - the downtown area of Ludington, the beach, the state park, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cottage!

Cozy Ludington stay

This was a cozy little house on the north end of town. Although we stayed here over New Years Eve the house is conveniently just a few blocks from Lake Michigan and less than 10 minutes from the state park. Downtown is close by, about a three minute drive or 15 minute walk if you’re up to it. The house itself is clean, up to date, and well maintained. The hosts are very responsive as well. It was a great stay.

Exactly as advertised!!

Cozy Town Beach Cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was comfy, CLEAN, cozy, and quiet. Its convenience to the beachfront, walking trails and local restaurants was ideal for us. The host was wonderful! There was a problem with the cable (local outage - not the host’s fault) and she responded immediately and stayed in communication until it was resolved. VERY HELPFUL!! We had a great time in Ludington!!

wonderful little cottage in a beach town

This cottage has everything you need for a stay in the wonderful beach town of Ludington! Check-in was a breeze. My son and husband walked to the beach but I would say it’s more drivable than walkable for everyone especially littles! It was stocked with plenty of supplies and we loved to have the games for game night. We will recommend this for others or come back in the future.

Nice but small

We were very comfortable with the house- it was clean, close to town and beach and well stocked. I have to say that I think it's best for 2 to 3 people and not for anyone tall (61/2 foot ceilings. There is little storage space and we used the smaller bedroom for our clothes and toiletries.

SWEET LUDINGTON COTTAGE

My sister and I came to Ludington to attend our brother's wedding at Little Sable Point Lighthouse. The weather was gorgeous for the entire weekend. The cottage was lovely and plenty of yard to have outdoor activities. We strolled around the town of Ludington, just a few minutes away from the cottage. Lovely shops and restaurants to choose from. My husband and I are hoping to take a trip up this way in the late summer, early fall. I would definitely stay here again, if available. Sheila and Trais Dolan were wonderful hosts and Sheila was available to us throughout our stay.
