"Comfortable bed, always our #1 priority. Plenty of hot water - except for both mornings when there was none - weird, and they thought so too when we told them about it. And then there was the whole kitchen/dining/living room area, which is quite a bonus when all you really need is a hotel room. "This is our fourth time at Admiral Cottage. We had a lovely time as always. The cottage is just perfect for the two of us our dog Albus, and is like a home from home. It's perfectly situated within a five minute walk to the dunes and onto the beach. Winterton has everything we need for a great holiday, including the pub and fish and chip shop! We can also highly recommend the beach cafe."

"We really enjoyed our short stay in Fisherman’s Cottage. A pretty place, comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Nice and near the centre of the village and a short drive to Cromer. Only downside is lack of outside space. Thoroughly recommended!"

"I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job."

"For some reason, we were upgraded from a standard double to a suite with a four poster bed which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are not serviced if your stay is 3 nights or less but you can place rubbish, used towels and toiletries outside your door and they will be removed and replaced.
