Location was ok but far from downtown. Owner/manager very responsive. Nice large apartment, but dirty. Dirty floors, smelly bathrooms, dirty wall plates and walls around plates.

The staff was very attentive to our needs. My wife received oxygen as soon as she arrive due to the altitude sickness. Providing a schedule for spa time outside of the office hours was handled well by the concierge. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!
